Grill Prep: Preheat your grill to 450°F and oil the grates. Corn: Brush corn with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, grill until charred, then cut off the kernels. Steak Rub: Mix spices and brown sugar, rub onto steak with olive oil, and grill to desired doneness. Let it rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
